1. You can manage your orders through our seller dashboard which very user friendly. 
2. Whenever a customer places an order, we send you an e-mail alert.

3. You need to pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch within the time frame provided by you in a white colored packaging material with proper invoicing.

4. This will alert our logistics partner to pick up the product from you.


No, there is no need to generate invoice from your side to customer .

You just have to paste Shipment label on the packet.



You will be provided seller dashboard were you can go to orders section and from there you can generate shipment


Click on print shipment label and then you can download the shipment label from the panel and attached it on the package.



At the time of handover the packet to the logistics partner , you will have to take the signature and phone number on the manifest of that courier pick up boy.


Upload the same in our manifest section for respective courier companies.

Step 1 :- First of all login into your account with user id and password.

Step 3 :-  After that login into your orders section you will see their confirmed orders.

When you generate shipment then see on Invoices and Shipment Label Print Options on left hand side above the product section there you will see the option of PRINT INVOICE AND SHIPMENT LABEL click on that  a pdf file will get downloaded.

Take 2 printouts 1 printout inside the packet , 1 outside the packet.


Click on Manifest Section, download the todays manifest. A PDF file will get generated and it will contain all the shipment details for which AWB generated.

Tally the manifest with physical shipment and take 2 printout. 1 give to courier person and on one take the receiving from courier person
