Our endeavor is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, however please do not lose your faith in us if you receive a product and do not like the fit, color or design. You can initiate a return request within 15 days of delivery. Request you to kindly get in touch with us on 011-40834083 between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Once the return request is received within 15 days of delivery, it will be honored even if the reverse pick up (if available at the postal code as per our reverse pick up partners) is not done within that time frame. Please note that in case you have requested for return and not responded to our first reply within 7 days, then your return request will not be accepted.


Below are the following steps to place a Return Request:


1. Raise a return request from your account within 15 days from product delivery.

2. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a sealed condition.

3. The original packaging including tags, boxes should be intact while returning the merchandise.

4. All the returned merchandise should be packed safely to prevent any damage or loss during transit.

5. Product have to be packed in original packaging condition and the address should to be pasted on the packet. In case of wrong address mentioned on the packet, we will be forced to deduct Rs. 200 from your credits.

6. For all self shipment, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 7 days of raising the return request.

7. Products worth 499 or below, return request only be created if it is damage/defective, wrong or size issue

We understand that the following can be the reasons for returns:

 a. Product Dissatisfaction
 b. Defective/ Damaged product received
 c. Size Issue
 d. Incorrect Product received


Returns received for the mentioned reasons will be replaced with the same product or any other product of your choice or store credits. In case, we have received the product and you have requested for the replacement, however we do not have the product available, then we will assign credits to your Indiarush account. 


Non-returnable categories:


Our endeavor is always to get the best deals for you. However, following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange category”, unless there is an inherent damage/ defective issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our vendor’s side.

Please note that we would not be able to accept return under the following scenarios:-


-       Damaged product as a result of usage
-       Any consumable item which has been used
-       Tampered products with missing bar codes
-       Opened perfumes
-       Damaged or defected products which are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
-       Products which were returned without original packaging and all other accessories included     in the Delivery box.


Return Procedure:

Product can be returned in the following ways:-


AReverse pick-up from your shipping address

Our reverse pick up facility is available only at the selected locations (depending upon the postal codes) which are given by our logistics partners under their serviceable network. We will inform you about the same at the time of accepting your return request.

BSelf-shipment by customer –

In case a reverse pick up is not available at your postal code as it is not serviceable by our logistics partner, we would request you to kindly self-ship the product and the returned shipment should reach us within 7 days of providing the return address details to you. Please upload the scanned copy of courier slip within 7 days in the return panel. For all self-shipments, we will reimburse Rs. 100 or the courier charges mentioned on the scanned slip whichever is lesser.


 :- Please note that all returns are subject to product quality inspections.


Refund Policy:

All returns are refunded in the form of store credits, which can be redeemed on any product on our website within a period of six months. 

Refund in the form of store credits will only include the price of the merchandise returned, subject to quality check by our team. Please note that Cash on Delivery Charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.

Important note:

If on a rare chance you receive any damaged/defective product, please upload the damage/defective or wrong product images in return panel within 72 hours. We can replace the defective/ damaged product or assign IR store credits, as per your choice. Once you have requested for a IR credits or replacement, we will initiate a reverse pick-up (depending upon the postal code serviceability) and your product will be picked by our logistics partner. We will inform you once the process will be completed.


Your returns must reach our Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for replacement or IR credits.


​In case of combo products or any product for Rs.499/- or less, please call us @ 011-40834083 (10AM - 7PM) within a week of delivery, if you have received incorrect or damaged/defective product, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly. We will replace the defective/ damaged product or incorrect product and both items needs to be returned. We will initiate the reverse pick-up (depending upon the postal code serviceability) and when the product is picked by our logistics partner, we will intimate you about the replacement.


What is the process of Order Cancellation?


Any order can be cancelled before the product is shipped. Kindly call / mail us and inform about the cancellation of product. In case the product is already shipped but not yet delivered, we will take care of the same with our logistics partner.. 

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been done. In case you still wish to cancel the order, then the return process mentioned above will be followed.


Please Note:

  • Any Return Request cancelled will not be proceeded further.
  • Any product dispatched after the Return Request is cancelled, the refund/ credit/replacement will not be entertained.
  • IndiaRush do not initiate refund in form of cash/cheque or NEFT.
  • We only assign IR credits or replacements.
  • General/ Promotional Credits assigned for previous complete orders will not be credited back incase new order using those credits is returned.
  • Return credits of previously returned orders used in new order which is also returned will be credited back as Return Credits ONLY.
