How to make payment for purchases on IndiaRush.com?

At IndiaRush.com, you can choose to pay thru your VISA or MASTER Credit card, VISA, MASTER or MAESTRO Debit Card, a wide range of NetBanking Options or Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that IndiaRush’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

 

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on IndiaRush?

There are no hidden charges when you purchase any product on IndiaRush.com. The prices listed on all products are the final payable price and include all other charges. You pay the price that you see on the page of the product.

On Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchases, we charge Rs. 50 which is included in the total payable amount once you choose your payment method.

 

Explain Cash on Delivery payment mode?

For all those who are not comfortable in making an online payment, we have Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as one of the payment modes. COD payments are made at the time of physical delivery of the product(s) at your doorstep. No payment is made on the website at the time of placing the order. 

All COD orders are shipped after a confirmation call. Customers not responding to confirmation calls will be informed via Mail for the cancellation of the order due to not confirmation.

 

What are the terms & conditions for making a purchase via Cash-on-Delivery?

The maximum order amount limit for Cash-on-Delivery order(s) is Rs. 15,000 served by Delhivery & Xpressbees throughout all serviceable pin codes. This method is strictly for cash payment only.

In addition to the above clauses, we charge Rs. 50 per shipment for Cash on Delivery Orders.

 

How to make a payment using a credit card?

All VISA and MasterCard credit cards issued in India can be used to make payments on Indiarush.com. Currently, we do not accept international credit cards.

For making a payment using credit card, you will have to enter your card number, card expiry date, and the three-digit CVV number (found on the back side of your card). Once you have entered these details, you will be redirected to your card’s bank page. You will have to enter your Online 3D Secure password or OTP (One Time Password) at that time to complete the payment process.

 

How to make a purchase using a debit card?

All bank’s VISA, MasterCard and MAESTRO debit cards issued in India can be used to make payments on Indiarush.com. Currently, we do not accept international debit cards.

For making a payment using credit card, you will have to enter your card number, card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and the three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). Once you have entered these details, you will be redirected to your card’s bank page. You will have to enter your Online password at that time to complete the payment process.

 

What is the safety of using credit/debit card on IndiaRush?

The transaction you make on IndiaRush.com is secured with the most trusted security levels available on the internet. We use a secured Payment Gateway to protect your card information and securely transmitting to the respective bank for payment processing. These secured Payment Gateway’s are managed by the leading companies in India and have a higher security policy level of using the 3D Secure password service for making an online transaction.

 

What is a 3D Secure password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “Mastercard SecureCode” services, respectively.

The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

 

How can I get the 3D Secure password for my credit/debit card?

You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your bank’s website. 

 

What is an OTP (One Time Password)?

One Time Password is implemented by all banks and they provide a code valid only for a limited period of time for making the transaction. The code can be received on the bank's registered Mobile number. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

 

What steps does IndiaRush take to prevent card fraud?

IndiaRush realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.

 

In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

 

Can I use my bank's Internet Banking feature to make a payment?

Surely. We offer you the convenience to use your bank’s Net Banking service to make a payment for purchasing any product on IndiaRush.com. NetBanking facilitates direct transfer of funds from your bank account while maintaining the security of the transaction. 

 

How will I know if my payment has been successful?

Once you have successful placed the order, you will be redirected to our “Thank You” page which will give you details of delivery dates and product summary. In addition, you will receive a confirmation mail from our end as well.

If you have created an account on IndiaRush.com, then you can login and check the status of your order under "My Account".

 

What are the errors and possibility of their occurrence while making a payment through my Credit/Debit Card?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure message, it is normally transferred to our account within 3 business days. In very few instances, the amount if rolled back to your account. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would process the order within 1 day of payment receipt. 

 

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?

All products on IndiaRush.com with “Cash on Delivery Available” icon can be purchased using COD as a payment mode.

All you need to do is add the product in your “Shopping Cart” and proceed to checkout. On the OneStepCheckout Page, choose Cash-on-Delivery as a payment option.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed for shipment from the date of confirmation.
