Aishwarya Rai

Bacchan bahu, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was spotted with her complete family of Bachchans and of course her little lad in her lap at Durga Puja Pandal. Aaradhya was seen as calm in her mother’s lap while the whole family was worshipping near Goddess Durga. She was seen in plain cream designer salwar suit and selected traditional kundan jewellery for teaming up with her ethnic dress. Though simple were her attire, yet the broader neckline design seem exquisite and embellished with mirror works. The cream, red and golden combination made her looks really pious and serene.

Sushmita Sen

Does Miss Universe need anyone to tell her how to look grand and special? Sushmita Sen owns it naturally and she nailed this Durga Puja look like that. She opted for a magenta coloured designer Anarkali suit with elegant golden border work. The sleeves of this salwar suit showcase a broader golden embellished work. With no accessory look, she finished off her pose by carrying heavy earrings only. Open hair and nude make up gave her a complete Durga Mahotsava look. Golden sheer dupatta and magenta suit were really contrasting and eye catching.

Kajol Devgan

Bengalis are just crazy lovers of tant sarees and Banarasi sarees and you can see this fashion fad in Bollywood choices as well. Tant saree or typical cotton sarees represent the culture in its own best way. And Kajol Devgan has snatched the lime light again like that. She had chosen traditional red tant saree with golden hanging earrings. She finished off her Bengali looks with clean upper bun, large red bindi and kundan bangles. Each and every jewellery or accessory was chosen typically to match the essence of festive hours.

Alia Bhatt

Who says simple is not sassy? Alia Bhatt proved this time the concept is totally wrong. The youth icon of Bollywood, Alia Bhatt had chosen to wear pure white coloured designer kurti and palazzos. The kurti showcased intricate thread works in floral patterns which ultimately enhanced the glamour of the ethnic wear. With moderate neckline, Alia teamed up her classic attire with traditional golden earrings. Full sleeves and below knee length kurti made her look really captivating and subtle.

Bipasha Basu

Bong beauty Bipasha Basu can never go wrong in her typical Bengali looks. Haven’t we seen her previous ramp walks in traditional designer lehengas or Bengali saree in which she looked like a Bengali goddess? That’s called oomph!

Her pink and golden long Anarkali suit looked apt for the festive occasion. By wearing her cultural shankha and pola with other bangles, she looked like sweetest Bengali diva this Durga Puja. With broad golden embroidery and works, her complete attire had been finished off with golden Punjabi jutti. And long hanging earrings, bindi and of course winged eyeliner (true Bengali symbol) nailed the drama like a pro.

Rani Mukherjee

Red is a colour of youth and nothing can beat this hue when festive bling comes. Isn’t it Rani?
Rani Mukherjee showcased her best Bong looks in Banarasi red and cream saree with gorgeous jhumkis and traditional long necklace. Golden and red bangles put a vehement contrast on her appeal. And of course bindi and smoky eye makeup is there to accomplish typical Bong looks. Bun tied with gajra also symbolises her love for roots. We loved her royal Bengal look and keeping inside the simplicity of the city of joy.
