IndiaRush Return Policy
Our endeavour is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, however please do not lose your faith in us if you receive a product and do not like the fit, color or design. You can initiate a return request within 15 days of delivery. Request you to kindly get in touch with us on 8860870631 between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or mail us at email@example.com. Once the return request is received within 15 days of delivery, it will be honoured even if the reverse pick up (if available at the postal code as per our reverse pick up partners) is not done within that time frame. Please note that in case you have requested for return and not responded to our first reply within 7 days, then your return request will not be accepted.
Following the below mentioned simple steps:
1. Mail us within 15 days of delivery.
2. Mention your Order Number in the subject line or send the email from the registered mail ID on our website.
3. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a sealed condition.
4. The original packaging including tags, boxes should be intact while returning the merchandise.
5. All the returned merchandise should be packed safely to prevent any damage or loss during transit.
6. For all self shipment, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 7 days of raising the return request.
We understand that the following can be the reasons for returns:
a. Product Dissatisfaction
b. Defective/ Damaged product receipt
c. Size Issue
d. Incorrect Product Receipt
Returns received for the mentioned reasons will be replaced with the same product or any other product of your choice or store credits. In case, we have received the product and you have requested for the replacement, however we do not have the product available, then we will refund your product amount.
While our endeavour is always to get the best deals for you and we do accept returns on apparel, watches & footwear. However, following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange category”, unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our vendor’s side.
1. Fragrances & Cosmetics

4. Sunglasses & Contact Lens
Please note that we would not be able to accept return under the following scenarios:-
- Damaged product as a result of usage
- Any consumable item which has been used
- Tampered products with missing bar codes
- Opened perfumes
- Damaged or defected products which are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
- Products which were returned without original packaging and all other accessories included in the Delivery box.
Product can be returned in the following ways:-
a. Reverse pick-up from your shipping address– Our reverse pick up facility is available only at the selected locations (depending upon the postal codes) which are given by our logistics partners under their serviceable network. We will inform you about the same at the time of accepting your return request.
b. Self-shipment by customer – In case a reverse pick up is not available at your postal code as it is not serviceable by our logistics partner, we would request you to kindly self-ship the product and the returned shipment should be reached to us within 7 days of providing the return address details to you. Please send us the scanned copy of courier slip within 5 days of dispatching the product. For all self-shipments, we will reimburse Rs. 100 or the courier charges mentioned on the scanned slip whichever is lesser, towards shipment charges as store credits which can be used to purchase any product from our website in the future. Please note that all returns are subject to product quality checking.
All returns are refunded in the form of store credits, which can be redeemed on any product on our website within a period of six months.
Refund in the form of store credits will only include the price of the merchandise returned, subject to quality check by our team. Please note that Cash on Delivery Charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.
If on a rare chance you receive any damaged/defective product, please send an email at care@ Indiarush.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly. We can replace the defective/ damaged product or refund the amount, as per your choice. Kindly note Rs. 50 Cash on Delivery charge is non refundable. Once you have requested for a refund, we will initiate a reverse pick-up (depending upon the postal code serviceability) and when the product is picked by our logistics partner, we will ask for your refund details. It will take 48-72 hours for refund initiation. We will inform you once the process will be completed.
Please note that in case of prepaid payments, the money is transferred back to the source of payment and it may take from 5-21 days for the refund to be processed, depending on different banks. Kindly get in touch with your bank with your transaction number in case there is any delay further post confirmation of refund from IndiaRush.com.
In case of COD orders, we will deposit the amount in your account in the form of cheque.
Your returns must reach our Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.
Kindly note refunds are processed only in case of return of products of the following categories:-
1. Bollywood Style Sarees/ Suits/ Lehengas
We DO NOT process refund in case of returns of products falling under any other product category.
Note: Please note that no returns will be accepted for the products price less than or equal to Rs. 499.
In case of combo products, if you have received incorrect or damaged/defective product, please send an email at care@ Indiarush.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly. We will replace the defective/ damaged product or incorrect product and both items needs to be returned. We will initiate the reverse pick-up (depending upon the postal code serviceability) and when the product is picked by our logistics partner, we will intimate you about the replacement.
What is the process of Order Cancellation?
Any order can be cancelled before the product is shipped. Kindly call / mail us and inform about the cancellation. In case the product is already shipped but not yet delivered, we will take care of the same with our logistics partner. For prepaid orders, 3% of your order value will be deducted and rest will be processed as refund. In case the product has been shipped; we will deduct 5% of the product amount and process the refund of the remaining amount.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been done. In case you still wish to cancel the order, then the return process mentioned above will be followed.
*** Note - We will not accept returns or replacement from the same Email ID more than twice in a span of 3 months. Also refunds are not processed more than once in the span of 3 months for returns sent from the same Mail ID.
