IndiaRush Return Policy
(a) 15 Day Replacement Policy
Our endeavour is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, the product will be replaced within 15 days of delivery at no additional cost. The 15 Day Replacement Policy is applicable on all physical products available and sold on IndiaRush.com. However, exchanges are subject to availability of the product in stock with us.
Kindly get in touch with us @ +91 88608 79053 or mail us at email@example.com within 15 days of product delivery. We would request you to kindly pack the returned product, with tags intact and in unwashed and undamaged condition.
Kindly note that though damaged and defective products are covered under the 15 Day Replacement Policy, if you are not satisfied with the product then you can ask for an exchange under the 15 Day Exchange Policy.
IndiaRush’s 15 Day Exchange Policy does not apply to Socks, Fragrances, Jewellery, Headphones, Personal Care and Contact Lens.
Points to be noted under any circumstances of return :-
1. Products should be returned in the original receipt condition and we will not be able to accept return under the following scenarios:-
- Damaged product as a result of usage
- Any consumable item which has been used
- Tampered products with missing bar codes
- Opened perfumes.
- Damage and defect which is not covered under the warranty given by the manufacturer
- Products returned without original packaging and all other accessories included in the Delivery box.
2. Replacement of products is subject to product’s quality checking by IndiaRush Team.
3. Exchange Policy is applicable only within the same Brand.
4. We will be able to accept exchanges/ returns only if your pincode is serviceable by our Logistics partners.
5. If you wish to ship your returns yourself, we will reimburse Rs. 100 towards shipping charges. The reimbursement is subject the requirements of Return/ Exchange Policy. You need to send us the scanned copy of courier slip within 5 days of couriering the product. Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of IndiaRush Credits which can be redeemed on future purchase.
Please note that under special circumstances when refunds are processed, Cash on Delivery Charges and shipment charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.
(b) 15 Day Exchange Policy
All products are covered under the 15 Day Exchange Policy in cases of dissatisfaction related to the purchased product. In case you are not satisfied with the product or it does not fit you well, then we offer you to replace the product by getting a coupon code for future redemption.
Kindly ensure that clothes are not used, altered, washed or damaged in any manner and have all the original tags and accessories.
Socks, Fragrances, Jewellery, Headphones, Personal Care and Contact Lens are not covered under the Exchange Policy.
What is the process for Return?
In case of damaged or defective product, kindly inform us as soon as you receive the consignment and we will arrange for a pick-up and send a brand new replacement at no additional cost.
Kindly ensure the returned product is in its original packaging condition.
Your return request is processed within 1 day of receipt while our logistics partners take about 48-72 hrs for picking the product from your premises. In case you are shipping the product yourself, then the time for the product to reach us will depend on your chosen courier company. Once the product reaches our warehouse, our team takes about 1 days for product inspection. All exchanges and IndiaRush credits are processed post 2 days of product receipt.
What is the process of return of a Clothing product?
In case you are not satisfied with the product fitting, you can inform us for an exchange. Under our 15 Day Exchange Policy, you can request for an exchange of the product within 15 Days of Delivery.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will ship you an exchange, at no extra cost to you. Alternatively you can place a fresh order on our website of the same amount by using the coupon code of the same value of the returned product.
What is the process of Order Cancellation?
Any order can be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Kindly call us and inform. In case the product is already shipped but not yet delivered, kindly call us and we will take care of the same with our logistics partner. We will issue a coupon code of equivalent purchased amount which you can use to purchase any product from our website in the future. No refunds will be processed for Cancellations.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been done.
What is the Refund request processing time?
Once you have requested for a refund, it will take us 1-2 working days for refund initiation. We will inform you once the process has been completed.
Kindly note, In case of prepaid payments, the money is transferred back to the source of payment and it may take from 5-21 days for the refund to be processed, depending on different banks. Kindly get in touch with your bank with your transaction number in case there is any delay further to what we have mentioned post confirmation of refund from IndiaRush.com.
What are the modes of refund available?
Incase of Prepaid Orders, the amount is refunded back to the source through which the payment was made for the transaction.
Incase of COD Orders, the amount will be refunded on every 3rd & 17th of every month in your account as a deposit, for deliveries from 1-15th and 16-31st of every month.
* Refunds are processed only in case of damaged products and Delivery Issues.
*Note - We will not accept returns or replacement from the same Email Id more than once in span of 3 months
